Who We Are

We are the soldiers that have previously served the guns in the Loyal Company.

We have worn all cap badges, because it takes more then gunners to run an Artillery Regiment. We are non commissioned members, senior non commissioned officers, and officers.

We still have a love for the guns, and a bond with the people we worked with.

The Organization

The Loyal Company Veterans Association was formed in 2019 by a group of 3rd Field Regiment veterans. Our purpose is to;

1. Be a central hub of communication for past members of 3rd Field Artillery Regiment, RCA (The Loyal Company)
2. Organize and have events for the members to see and talk to old friends. Events such as beer and bratwurst, a barbecue, or a trip down the old river in canoe. The events may or may not be associated with 3 Fd Regt events.
3. Connect with the Regiment, and the Loyal Company Association to stay informed of the Regiment’s work. We will be a central agency for the Regiment to connect to its past members for invitations to Regimental social events, parades, and other events that the Regiment wishes to have its veterans attend.
4. Be a hub of comradeship for veterans of the Regiment. Share stories, pictures, and receive invitations to events that are of interest to past soldiers of the Regiment.

Value to the Member

1. Get in touch with old friends and stay in touch
2. Meet old friends at Association or Regimental events and re-connect
3. Have a connection with the Regiment – keep abreast of what the Regiment is doing
4. Be registered as a former serving member of the oldest Artillery Regiment in Canada.
5. Receive an electronic newsletter a couple times per year on news with our Veterans group and the Regiment.
